So so glad I am finally done with finals! πŸ˜…It's been quite a long week, which is why this review came a day late! Anywho, this week's review is over Thunderbird Coffee on Manor Rd situated across the street from Elaine's Pork & Pie! (Honestly some of the best pulled pork I've ever had, definitely recommend πŸ‘πŸΌ) Thunderbird prides itself in selling direct trade coffee, creating a transparent view on how their coffee beans are grown and how the farmers and pickers are being treated (SUPER cool). The two roasters they choose to work with are Wild Gift Coffee located locally in Round Rock, Texas, and Counter Culture Coffee located in North Carolina. They sell a variety of different drinks, including beer, and serve a good variety of food to snack on (I've heard great things about the salads here!) There is limited parking out in the parking lot, but there is some free parking on the street in the neighborhood near the shop

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-11pm; Sat-Sun 8am-11pm

Music: I really love the music played here! From what I heard from my visit today, they play a lot of indie pop. The music isn't too loud so it's perfect for studying.

What I Ordered: Honey-Nut Latte. SO. GOOD.

Customers: Mostly students.

Atmosphere: This coffee shop is an awesome place to come study. Most people at the shop are there working on something so it's not very loud inside!

Cool Extras: They have quotes on a lot of the tables which I thought was really cute! The quote on my table today was "Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest." by Mark Twain
